Providence TIP September 2023

Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

The recruiter called me a little over a week ago and I still haven't received anything 

I feel like it depends on the departments. I got the email stating to put my DOB on the 30th and received the official offer on the 5th.

You know, I'm not 100% sure. I assumed it did because mine showed as "not retained", but I still got a phone call with an offer for my second Providence location even after it changed on the application.

IDK if I would risk it though! I'd probably email the recruiter and ask for a timeline of when they want a response to their offer. My friend did that and they asked for an accept/decline within a week.

thanks for the response, yea that make sense, I will ask the recruiter when I get the official offer

Update for Providence Mission in Mission Viejo: 

the hr recruiter reached out that she is finalizing my offer and will be sending out the details next week! I am so excited and relieved ? Good luck for everyone!

I got an email and text from the recruiter telling me I had multiple offers and to make a decision on one. 

Im still waiting for Holy Cross though. Does that mean I did not get Holy Cross?

That was the same case with me, I actually heard from a recruiter from another hospital that I had an offer for the other hospital I had interviewed with. They wanted me to pick one as well to get an offer, but I relayed that I wanted to view all offers first then proceed with accepting.

when did torrance reach out? the manager for ED said they were gonna send me an offer but they havent and its been like 2 weeks ?

I only got the unofficial notification from Torrance by a call from unit manager this week.... the recruiter said they are still working on drafting the letter. SO nothing official I guess

IDK, I'm debating the two ahh, not sure...what about you? Did you get accepted to other ministries or just Torrance ?
