Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Does anyone know how long do we have to respond to their offer after they send their official offer letter? It doesn't say to accept within 48 hrs in the email though

Any updates from Mission Hills Holy Cross or St. Joe's Burbank?  I was hoping to hear something before the weekend.?

Does anyone know if we fill out the link with indentification for one hospital that has sent the email, does it affect our other applications for the different ministries?

When u just put your social and dob it doesn't affect but when u accept their formal letter then rest of them shows not retained.

thanks so much! How does accepting the formal letter work? After I submit my ID info, does it automatically send the letter or do I have to wait for HR recruiter to reach out?

Also by chance does anyone know what the night shift differentials are for St. Jude, PLCM Torrance, and St. Joseph?

The HR recruiter will reach out and explain the letter and then will email it to you! There will be a link and you can accept it then. I know St. Jude's night differential was 6.50. Congratulations!

How long does it take to get the offer? 

The recruiter called me a little over a week ago and I still haven't received anything

You know, I'm not 100% sure. I assumed it did because mine showed as "not retained", but I still got a phone call with an offer for my second Providence location even after it changed on the application.

IDK if I would risk it though! I'd probably email the recruiter and ask for a timeline of when they want a response to their offer. My friend did that and they asked for an accept/decline within a week.
