Providence TIP Program January 2021

Hello everyone,

I haven't seen a thread started for the January 2021 cohort so I figured I will start it. Good luck everyone!

I would assume they’ll start calling on Monday since they just changed the portal on Friday. Does your status say Interview Complete as well?

Yes, this is what happens!! My portal updated and changed to have a specific unit (and new grad app withdrawn and down to the bottom of the page) a day or two before I got my job offer. This was also the case for everyone I’ve talked to that got offered positions at Holy Cross, St Joseph’s Burbank and Tarzana this cohort (about 20 people between the 3 places that I know)

Hi guys! I'm also anxiously waiting to get a call or email back from Providence. I had my first panel interview for Tarzana on Nov 4th and did my second panel on the 10th. My portal also got updated on Friday to say "interview complete." Has anyone who interviewed at providence around the same time as me heard back yet? Good luck to you all!

I haven't heard anything yet from the Apple Valley. When did you receive your phone call?

Hi! Do you know if the second-panel interview was unit specific or if everyone had a second-panel interview?

Hi! I'm not sure if everyone got the second interview, but mine was not unit specific. It was a very brief speed round type interview with more behavioral questions.

Emailed the recruiter and she said they’ve already extended some offers. My portal finally changed to “not selected for further consideration” ??‍♀️ The search continues (once again) Anyways, good luck everyone!

For the people who got offers from St. Joseph Orange, does anyone know when we will probably hear about scheduling our health screening? Thanks ?

Specializes in Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant.

I didn't get an interview for this cohort but I am planning on applying again for the next cohort! Quick question for everyone here did you guys attach letters of rec with your application? I didn't last time I applied and not sure if that's the reason I wasn't considered. Just wondering TIA!
