Hi all,

Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. Good luck to everyone! :)

Do you have any RN experience?

Just received a call. He said it’s non-negotiable because I have no RN experience.

My recruiter said nothinf about a night shift differential… but said I was night shift? Also no contract with definitive info such as if it’s binding and what happens if you leave etc??

On my offer letter via email, states “this is not a contract or guarantee of employment for any length of time. During your probationary period, either you or Providence can end your employment at any time with or without notice.”

I would like to add, nothing was signed. It wasn’t  my recruiter who called. Not sure his title. He called from a Seattle number. I did receive an email with offer letter attached. I also accepted the offer over the phone. Should be hearing from on-boarding team soon.

Did you sign a contract??

I did ask about differential. He said it doesn’t say specific amount but I would be receiving differential since my shift is variable.

OK, thank you. It appears we are all receiving the same wage, more or less. Also, congrats. ?

Has anyone heard back from Holy Cross Providence for the labor and delivery, NICU, or postpartum units yet? My portal still says "interview step scheduled-updated Nov 24th"

I don't. I was told that this was the base salary for all new grads as it is unionized

OK, thanks.

Anyone miss the call from the recruiter? They called when I was working and haven't been able to get in touch with them since. No responds to email and the phone number they left goes straight to voicemail.
