Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Did you get a call from the unit director? or from Talent and acquisition?

Unit director. She said I will receive a formal offer from the talent acquisition and then I will have one to three days to decide. She wanted me to choose between day or night shift because I think I was the first person She called.

Thank you. I am actually rooting for St Joe Burbank and I am also hoping and praying they call me. I think they'll call you.

Has anyone heard back from tarzana after an interview?

The lady at Tarzana told us before the interview that they will send out emails with informal offers this weekend. 

How did you think you do for the interview? I feel like I tripped up on some of the questions so that made me a little nervous.

I had an interview earlier at Tarzana and we were told calls could go out as earlier as tomorrow into the weekend. 

What were your top 3 units at Tarzana?

Oh wow okay!

I just had my interview today. I think it went well! Everyone was very nice. I managed to stay calm. I just didn't recognize the case study as being sepsis 😞  I couldn't concentrate, I recognized everything abnormal but didn't think sepsis, just infection

Did you interview with the Neuro/Tele manager? What was you 1st choice?
