Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

I saw that the application opened up at around 10:30 tonight, so I already applied! I got an email about 15 minutes after sending in my application and doing the screening question via text, to schedule an interview with 2 out of the 4 Providence locations that I applied to.

Hi, I applied to one location, I think I might apply for a second too. Still waiting for more hospitals to be posted hopefully.

Did you apply to Providence St Joseph? I applied to Holy Cross and St Joe's. I have received the interview for Holy Cross but not for St Joe's.

Yes I did apply at St. Joseph's, I got the text to schedule the interview about 15 minutes after I completed the questionnaire

Same! And I got an interview for St. John's too

Were the interview invitations first come first serve? I didn't receive an interview for the locations I applied.

I really don't know because I know someone who applied after I did and she got an interview invitation and I still haven't gotten one.

Not sure )-: I received a link to schedule an interview about 15 minutes after I completed the text screening thing

From what I was told by HR at Mission, the interviews were first come first serve.
