Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

I applied to two SoCal locations, got the text interviews, but not a scheduled interview. I'm wondering if that means they turned my application down?

I've gotten multiple emails over the past two days from a SoCal providence with questionnaires and time availabilities. It's light-weight confusing because I'm getting emails from different people for the same hospital.

Yeah Im confused too because I emailed three different recruiters saying all the interviews are filled up. But some hospitals I didn't get a chance to sign up for an interview. They said there is a "posibility" of opening up more slots.

I'm confused on how it works? I was contacted to be invited for an interview via phone call. Was told I would hear back from the unit manager. Have yet to be contacted but heard others have scheduled already.. anyone have insight on this ?

Does anyone's application still say under consideration but no interview invite yet?

I only have had that initial screening email. I applied to St. Joseph's.

Mine still says under consideration! But I have an interview with St. Joseph in a week and a half

Yup! Not sure if they're going to send anymore interviews out

It's a panel interview, so I'll be interviewing with all the unit managers!

I hope that they do.

After I did the screening text questions, I got an email a couple minutes after to schedule an interview! I applied on July 2nd since I saw that the applications opened early, and in the email it said that interviews were first come first serve, so maybe that's why I was able to schedule one.
