Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

I applied as well to st. Joseph in orange and havent heard back for an interview 😕 Starting to feel discouraged. I called the talent acquisition was told they're in the "screening process".

I was told today at St Joes that they will make the decisions on Friday and we will be contacted within 3-4 weeks

Contacted for interviews within 3-4 wks or what do you mean by make a decision? Some people on here said they did do some interviews for Monday and Tuesday for st Joseph in Orange County.

Anyone hear back from St. John's Santa Monica? I got a call today from the ICU manager asking my 2 and 5 year plan as well as clarifying my top 2 choices. Not sure what this means

I received an informal offer over the phone yesterday from Providence St Joseph in Burbank with Oncology! Interview was 7/23. 

Has anyone recieved a formal offer over email?

Congrats! I had my interview with them yesterday (-': Hopefully they make calls for the other units today too

My friend just got a call earlier with an offer for the ICU position at Holy Cross!

LOL I feel it! I'm mostly anxious for Torrance. I read from the previous cohort forum that they invited a lot of people to the meet and greet and apparently only hire like 12 or so. so I'm no optimistic at all 😕
