Oh wow okay!

I just had my interview today. I think it went well! Everyone was very nice. I managed to stay calm. I just didn't recognize the case study as being sepsis 😞  I couldn't concentrate, I recognized everything abnormal but didn't think sepsis, just infection

I also just said infection LOL, should've piece together low BP means sepsis🤦🏼‍♀️ and maybe possible AKI due to low urine output but I'm pretty sure that was wrong.

anyone hear anything from st jude's in fullerton?

anyone hear anything from st jude or st joseph orange?

I can see that too, the urine UO wasn't so low so I think it was kinda hard to distinguish that

but I think they where in the first stage of sepsis since no organs have been fully impacted

Congratulations!

Did you interview with the Neuro/Tele manager? What was you 1st choice?

Thank you. Yes I did. My first choice was ICU.

How is the process for Torrance? The meet & greet doesn't mean you've gotten an offer yet, they're still narrowing the lists? Is the meet and greet like mini interviews or

I guess it's where you can make a better impression on the leaders of the units that you want. The attachment on the email said that we will be picked on how high we scored on the interview so I felt like they already have the score, they're just waiting to see if the group leaders want anyone in specific for their unit.

Oh I didn't know that, thank you! I wonder how the scoring process is based on. Is this how they do it for all providences?

Are the meet & greets mandatory? What if I have another interview will that lessen my chance of getting a position with Torrance?

I think so yea, because I saw they were writing on the score sheets when I was interviewing for Tarzana as well.

They said that it's optional, but if you want them to pass along like questions or something to the group leader you can send the person who sent the meet and greet email your questions and stuff.

I saw that too. And one of the ladies I guess thought I was looking and started to cover her paper LOL I couldn't even see what she was writing from where I was sitting
