Has anybody else applied for Providence Holy Cross in Mission Hills for June 2023 cohort?
I interviewed 03/23 and they said in ~2weeks we will hear back. I wanted to start this thread to share our process through this ?

I saw that too and when I contacted the onboarding rep, they told me that I wouldn't get my UPN till my first day. But I brought my COVID-19 vaccination card to my health screening and they took it then.

No, I dressed in regular clothes! They called to confirm the appointment beforehand so I asked and they said you can dress in regular clothes and to do your hair and makeup if you want to!
No, I was told we could wear regular clothes. I chose a nice blouse for the picture.

My appointment took about 45 minutes. Bring your COVID-19 vaccine card (or a picture of it) and your driver's license. They will go over that 15 page health screening questionnaire you do online, take your ID picture and do a N95 mask fit test.

Hey there, I interviewed at two different Providence hospitals and the interviews were similar. Besides all the normal interview questions, they had me do a critical thinking exercise in which I had to prioritize 4 actions. I also had a case study and answer questions about what I thought was happening with the patient, which treatments I would expect, and then give an SBAR about the patient. Tougher interviews than other hospitals.

Hey! I interviewed for st Jude and st joes. Got ED at st joes.
Both were panel interviews and asked for top 3 units of interest. St Jude actually gave me a scenario and asked some basic questions: what med would you recommend, sbar, etc. st Joseph was a panel interview as well but they separated it based off of units. Each room had around 3-8 nurse managers (from different units) who would sit in on the interview and ask questions. They separated it based on various med surg units, ICU/step down/ED, labor delivery, etc. You go to 3 rooms and do a really quick 5-10 min interview (maybe even shorter tbh) and rotate until your done. It's all really straight forward behavioral questions. The ED/ICU interview asked one nursing question about "what med would you give for this scenario". Hope this helps haha. Message me for any other questions
