Yess I'm including cover letters, sure do send me links! I am very interested in ICU and ik its very hard to get in due to being competitive and need 1 year experience but im also okay with medsurg/tele I also really like cardiology unit

I live in the valley so I want somewhere close by maybe haha

Did everyone get follow up prompt text messages after applying?

Has anyone used different cover letters? Or did you guys use the same one since its uploaded from the previous applied sites?

Do you guys know any other new grad programs, I've been applying to so many jobs and I either keep getting rejected or no response, I've had my license for more than 3 months and graduated 5 months ago. I don't even know what to do anymore, can someone advise me on what I should do and how to get a job, can someone refer me somewhere (any job honestly at this point) I would really appreciate it.

it could be your resume or cover letter... I could take a look at it and give you'd some feedback if you DM me.

it depends on the hospital you're applying to each job app has a list of what is available

I've only applied to St Joseph and Tarzana, I really hope I get into one of those hospitals, also I have a friend who can refer me too, do you think that will also help?
