Hello, just starting a forum for Providence RN Residency Program - August 2025 Cohort, I currently work at a Providence hospital and got the email saying that internal applications opened 5/30 and external opens 6/6. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you

Just a btw guys as soon as you get the email to schedule an interview I would fill it out right away because time slots are first come first serve, you'll also need to upload a pdf of your resume when signing up for an interview time

For externals, does the interview email on 5/12 come out at the same time or do they send them throughout the day?

I got mine at 11AM on 6/6, when I first applied in Dec it was actually first come first serve for external on the date of application, but I think they changed it so I don't know how fast they send out their interviews this time around

Make sure you schedule that interview asap when you get an email! In December, I waited 1 day to sign up for an interview and all the slots were filled and they completely ghosted me when I reached out...just a warning LOL

Omgggg that's crazy, ig I'm gonna stay up all night watching out for my email haha. I really do hope I get an email this is my second time applying for this program 😭

I hear you! Previous posts did say that external applicants should get interview emails on 6/12!

Can you sign up for an interview from your phone?

You'd better use your computer. And different locations send out the interview invitations at different times. It's better to sit in front of your laptop on that day, whenever you get an email just jump in to schedule your time slot, it goes really fast. And if you cannot get one don't be discouraged, people might change mind and cancel their slots, you'll get a chance.

I used mine, bec it's just click the link upload resume and sign up, but I wasn't in a rush

Did anyone get a text screen message from mission hills? I got one for the other ones I applied to except that one.
