I got rejected today from the ER but was called for an interview for the burn ICU.

Hi! I am interviewing for Parkland's burn unit and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it? I know its a very prestigious unit but I don't know much else.

I did one for Baylor, just some basic questions and they let you redo it twice for them! I know Dallas childrens was the same so maybe this one will be like that too! Good luck :)

from what I have been told from previous cohorts, they should call people who get it on Monday or Tuesday and you get 48 hours to accept or deny. I don't know anything about shadowing or anything :/ sorry!

It was a panel interview with like 10 behavioral questions then a case study. Pretty different questions.
