Employers are starting want to hire more and more BSN's. I would go straight for the BSN. I am working on mine now and WISH that I had gone into a 4 year program from the start.

Nursing hasn't always been like this though. I graduated in 2005 and had a job 3 months before even graduating.

My chiropractor charges $25 per visit if you pay cash. That's less than what my copay is. He is amazing and really works wonders for me! I've never injured myself but go routinely just for good measure. Good luck...hope you feel better very soon!

Don't give up. Get your Masters and get out of the "back breaking" aspect of nursing. You don't want to regret getting out of nursing...there are bigger better things out there for ya!
