    Hi, I am a new grad NP and have just accepted a position in a SNF. Does anyone have a good chart/guide to what is needed for the different CPT codes? I wish we had learned this in school..

    We put them on droplet precautions. The issue I’m finding is that no one knows when to take them off precautions. Our MD reswabs once they’re asymptomatic, but many of those swabs still come back positive
