I just found out that I passed the NCLEX-RN. I exclusively did Suzanne4's plan and passed. I definitely recommend her plan to everyone that is planning to take the NCLEX. You can find out about her plan by looking at her sticky at the top of the page...

First try, 75 questions and passed. I've been an RN for about 2.5 months

Graduated May 10th, tested July 3rd, and started working July 8th. I got hired in March because I got a loan/scholarship from the hospital: receive 3,500 and commit 1 year.

Nursing school is hard but definitely worth it. As the above poster stated, you learn the basics. You should consider shadowing a nurse and see what that nurse does. I don't remember everything that I learned in school and I just graduated in May 08....

I also just bought the above mentioned stethoscope and received it today. It works well on me and my family. I work tomorrow and I'll see if it works well on all of my patients.

Oh, I don't think that you can find that out your percentage. All that matters is that you passed and are licensed.
