It could be! The email I was sent by HR gave me a link to the I9 form and all I had to do was fill out a specific section. The rest of it would be filled out during my HR appt once things are clear. Maybe the process is different for specific locations!

Hi! I actually received the email that contains the I9 form right after submitting my employment application. (Within the 24hr time span) I was also contacted by an HR/talent acquisition representative who then confirmed that I filled it out.

Is anyone taking an EKG course? If so, which one are you guys using? I have taken one in the past but it was through school and I wanted a refresh.

I got my first pref! If anyone was still wondering where to attach files before submitting their employment form, you submit them the same you did when applying for the position. Just make sure it is in your profile at the bottom, put your updated information and include your diploma and license if you have it. (I got an email back)

I double checked again and the area to attach files was only in the access profile area. I emailed to ask but I am not sure that I will hear back in time.

I just realized there isn't a spot on the actual application...did you find anything out?

If you go into "Access my profile" when you first log into your KP account, you should be able to edit and add all of your certifications as you did when first applying. I noticed that when I clicked out of my employment form, some changes were made in my profile as well so I am thinking it copies over.

I got my offer letter at 11:35 tonight! I will be at the South Sacramento location ?

I never got mine either. Should we be reaching out to the residency team through the Ncal email? It’s been all day and it seems like everyone has heard back but sac (excluding Roseville) ?. I didn’t really plan on emailing because I’m sure they’re overwhelmed with this entire process and trying their best but the anxiety is killing me haha.

Just to be clear, we have 24 hours to do our background check, 48 hours to do our drug screen, 30 days to do the benefits? The regional directors also said the offer documents need to be completed in one sitting ASAP?

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone registered for nurse 2820 with Professor Joshua Merriam? I have just signed up since I am also a transfer student and the option to register was not available until recently. The class with Professor Wendy Matthew was full and actually waitlisted..

I think we will be making one at bootcamp or orientation.

Hey everyone! Did you guys receive the letter in the mail regarding information for the nursing program, boot camp, and orientation? I am looking forward to all of this and was wondering if anyone will be attending boot camp as it isn't required but totally beneficial. :)

I checked and it says enrollment begins on April 30th. I also went on the school nursing page and clicked on catalog, it provides the Fall 2018 calendar.. I looked up the 3 courses we will be taking and if I am not wrong, we only have classes on Monday and Wednesday until clinicals begin!

I also have another question, since we are all in the same cohort, wouldn't we all be enrolling in the same class, same time and professor?..

Mine says admitted but I have not accepted and paid the enrollment fee yet.. I wonder when we will find out our registration dates to enroll in classes. I think the letter that was sent in the mail said that we need to enroll in 3 courses.
