   No I do not have a lawyer to help with my application. I did however call a lawyer for legal advice and they too told me I should be okay.

   I went through an LNA course which was a 5 week course so no I was not stealing while in school. Yes I finished and graduated without any problems and the person who runs the program told me I more than likely would be okay with the board of nursing....
