They could be both. I have a pair of slip-on Sketchers elite. Super light and comfortable...and cheap $25. I wouldn't suggest shoes made of fabric, you run the risk of body fluids seeping into your feet! yuck

@mom The classes are seperate...I took the CPR class with superior life support...it's here in Santa Clarita and it's a nice place with nice people :) I don't remeber the cost but it's less than 100 I think?

I think yes just the regular one? Because the paper says that if you get TB each year than you dont need the two step TB...I would call or email them :) Same here I was trying to write everything down but you know how it is lol
