Because in state institutions such as community college getting a C in a class is considered a passing grade so they won't allow you to retake. You should really speak to admissions and check with them about retaking courses cause I remember hearing ...

Mine is still how it was last term my points haven't updated and it still says application in review. A lot of us that applied from last term retook a course to raise our GPA and those points haven't been posted yet.
