   I havent heard of this until now. But I think it will be a good idea to have that mandatory. Thanks for your input! What do you think about Cerner? I am not familiar with this type of electronic documentation. Is it user friendly?

   Cons: it's not up to date with the trends, equipment...etc (older hospital, not a research facility with breakthrough ideas...). We were very understaffed and due to the relaxed environment the staff had poor work ethic with no oversight or disciplin...

    I agree. The base pay is nice. Its nice to know that they offer geographic differential. I have never heard of it until now.
