I applied for FNP and PNP on 12/1. I had my PNP interview last week but haven’t heard anything yet from the FNP application.

I would have gone into audiology. I like patient care and never want to change that aspect of my job, but I do want more autonomy. Or since I'm applying to NP schools, I might have gone straight for PA.

Random tidbit, but it's really hard to calm a two or three year old once they get worked up about something. Singing Happy Birthday is the FASTEST way to get them to calm down. I saw another nurse do this, and I was amazed.
