How about a Ritalin Salt Block at the front door that every hyper child is required to lick on their way in to the office. Sure would prevent them from doing laps around the building, climbing on my desk, jumping on the scales, etc.

As above posters have said: REPORT! REPORT! REPORT! If you are a witness to the activity and you don't report it, then you are just as responsible as this physician. Cover your own butt. You work too hard for a nursing license to let an unethical ...

I don't think coworkers should be made aware of it. I was just making a comment about the drug screen. IMHO, it is your business and nobody else's.

Here is something to keep in mind. You may need to eventually disclose this information. Especially if you are taking a stimulant. The stimulants show up on a urine drug screen and most employers that I know of are doing random drug screens. Good ...
