I'm a little stressed about my chem. It's chem 1 w/lab. Starts Jun 30 ends Aug 5. I wonder if it'll hurt me that it's not an advanced chem.

GaMommy.. yes they do. Someone I worked wi th last year got a call in December that a spot opened up. Do you guys know when the head start program starts in fall?

Yeah Ive heard tampa and Orlando ate the two most competitive. Not sure if that's accurate or not

Yes, he interviewed at USF and FGCU. Rejected from both. This is his 3rd year applying and he finally was accepted at FIU. It was just worrisome to me because he has much more experience than me.. takes our level 4 patients.. CRRT, ECMO. Kind of scar...

No, he's the only one I know who did not get in. He has been in MICU for 5 years.. 3.0 gpa and 299 on GRE. CCRN. So, I assume he didn't get in based on his grades/GRE scores? I just find it odd they even interviewed him to begin with. He interviewed ...

Also.. on June 19th there's 20ppl interviewing, and last yr a nurse I worked with interviewed and he was with 14 other ppl.

It seems like everyone that interviews gets in. I know one person that interviewed last year in August that was rejected. I wonder what the determining factors are since they don't ask many clinical questions during your interview? I guess your .. pe...

Good for you! If I don't get in this time around I'll apply again, along with USF. I'm taking my CCRN 1 day before my interview so we'll see how that goes lol
