    Yea my hepb vaccines got accepted but then a new incomplete second step showed up tht I needed the titer or waiver so I just uploaded the waiver

    I had a physical but she wouldn't do the vision test for me, the one on the attestation form since she said its for the people at the hospital to fill ,and I don't have one on record either
