July 7, It's in the email where they "revised" what classes we needed to register for and updated us on other info at the bottom of the list of updates you'll see a link to register for NUR 1000 ADN LEE Colloquium .

What shot forms do we upload ? I only have one page the Florida certification of immunization with all my shots and their dates and my info is that good enough

I had a physical but she wouldn't do the vision test for me, the one on the attestation form since she said its for the people at the hospital to fill ,and I don't have one on record either /:
