    Helpful Study Materials

Hi, First of all, I would like to thank all nurses who provided help for me to pass the NCLEX-RN in 75 Qs. I would also share that some study materials are very helpful to prepare me pass the NCLEX, such as Qs from NCSBN and Hurst Videos. I did take my time to really think through each question. Qs from NCSBN are very similar to the NCLEX Qs. Wish all of you good luck with NCLEX.🙋
  2. Hi everyone, I am a Canadian RN who is planning to work in U.S. Can any of you share your thoughts regarding of how to obtain VSC successfully since it costs a lot with no refund. 1. Which state should we fill it out for the question of intending state to work? I was planning to work in California but since California has so much restriction in term of social security number and so on, which may affect the success of my VSC. Therefore probably it's better to choose other states, eh? 2. Do I need to request transcripts from nursing college as well as university? I had my LPN (RPN) at college then went back to University for BSN. Any of your suggestions would be appreciated.

    post Thyroidectomy position?

Hello, Can anyone who is still with NCSBN clarifies with the instructor about the post thyroidectomy position? According to NCSBN course guidelines "avoid Fowler's position (due to strain on incision)" , Whereas in Saunders 6th edition " place the client in the semi-Fowler's to Fowler's position to reduce swelling and edema in the neck area"(p.1796). Thanks.
