Generally, phone interviews are for screening purposes. If they like you after that and it seems that you meet minimum qualifications, then you're invited to a face-to-face interview where they consider all information given. Good luck!!!!

10. There were a ton of people! I was so focused on writing and following the directions that I didn't even think to count the number of people until I was in the parking lot. Dang!

I looked at some of the older posts and people said 200 is about average. Some years there are more than 400! I think 180 is pretty good!

I was wondering the same thing. At the information session I went to they let us know that last year there was a much smaller number than most years. I'm hoping that's the case again this year! Lol

Yes, I applied at Chemeketa and will be there on the 11th for my essay too! I wonder how many people are were invited to do essays. WOU said they'd interview 64 and offer seats to 32.
