Wow, are you me? We have the same background (peds office then school nursing)! I know it can be easy to beat yourself up but try to remember that school nursing is its own specialty. You are smart and capable! We can't possibly predict the end...

I'm not sure about samples, but I know a lot of school supply sites have a pretty inexpensive trial-size deodorant. What is your clinic budget?

I would not assist, but I would offer supplies. If they're old enough to get a tattoo, they're old enough to do the aftercare.

I am an LPN in Ohio. I work for a pediatrician and give SQ, TB, & IM injections. My friend is an MA and says she doesn't believe I should be allowed to give injections. A friend of hers (also an LPN in Ohio) works LTC & said she's not allowed...
