I have been the child in this situation. I head two adults with me and both needed emergent care. One had cardiac issues and the other ended up seriously ill. A nurse watched me and occupied new for a few hours until my mom got off work.

During one of the info sessions there was a current student who switched specialties. We were cautioned it is rare and difficult. It will also likely delay graduation since some classes are only offered once a year.

My invite came from the director of my specialization. I did apply for one of the more competitive specializations, CNM. I wonder if less competitive specializations don't need interviews because there are fewer applicants to sort through. Good luck...

I haven't heard anything either. I am constantly checking my email scared I missed the interview invite or it went to spam. They have to be on a different schedule this year. Doesn't help me be less anxious though.

In the info session I went to, they said it helps to have your prereqs done but as long as you had a clear plan to complete them prior to classes starting then still go ahead and apply. I really think you have a good chance of getting in.
