My visascreen did not have a picture. I did not send my picture to CGFNS because they did not request it but, visascreen certificate has a place for the picture. In mine its says (picture not available). This was in April of 2005.
I received my Visa Screen in 5 weeks. I applied for it after passing NCLEX and I got my ADN in USA. I think that is why it did not take too long because my transcript was from USA and I did not have to take English tests
