It said that interview times are based on first come first served. I'm guessing she's letting the calls go to voicemail and then making callbacks and scheduling in that order. Either way, exciting for us all!

The 17th is only how many points you have. The following week is the dispute period of you think you should have more points than they show. I believe the following week is also when they tell you if you are invited for an interview the week of Nov 1...

That's a good point. There are going to be applicants who are applying to multiple programs and may be accepted but choose to attend somewhere else.
