Congrats to all of those who were accepted at Moorpark. I just graduated in December, it is a wonderful program. I have books for sale. If you have a book list, contact me and let me know what you need.

You can use a prepaid debit card that only has 5 dollars on it. If you passed, good pop up. If you failed it will tell you declined for insufficient funds (or something like that)

Do any of the current students know how much the nurse kit is (materials fee) that we have to buy for first semester? I am trying to plan out the costs. Thanks Much!!!

I am happy to announce that I was accepted at Moorpark. It was a tough decision, but I have decided to stay closer to home and decline my spot at COC. Good luck to all the alternates, I hope you get my spot!!!

I haven't received an email I am guessing no at this point, but the problem is I do not know which email I used on my application and that is the one they send to. During the application period I had set up 2 different email that I could not remember the actual email address to, (go figure) it could have been one of those.

Did you apply anywhere else. I am waiting on Pasadena, Pierce and Moorpark. What is your first choice?

I'm thinking it could even be next week. They still have to calculate everything, make the selections, and the alternate selections. I am still waiting for Moorpark, Pierce, and Pasadena as well. Moorpark had their last TEAS on Friday, and their orientation is on the 3rd. Last year, notifications were received starting the 23rd. With COC notifications started the 15th I think, but I don't know when the last TEAS date was.

tick, tock, tick, tock....ughh. LOL

I just called and spoke with someone in the health division office. They told me that the notifications have started going out but wont finish until next week because the person sending them out is not there the remainder of this week. They said that you dont take the TEAS unless you are accepted or an alternate and they also send out rejection letters so we will know either way.

Do you have any idea when we will be notified?

I don't know but their orientation is on the 3rd so I am hoping it will be soon!

I thought the first round of letters was for people to submit their TEAS scores. I already took my TEAS, but didn't submit it because they said they would send out emails mid October to those who qualify to take the TEAS, and if you already took it, you just send it in.

Me too, I just want to know Please let everyone know when you receive your emails! I will do the same!

So are they sending out notifications for the regular RN program? If so did you already submit your TEAS?

I have applied to COC, Moorpark, Pierce, Pasadena, and LA Valley College. I am really anxious to hear back from Moorpark and COC, as those are my top choices.

OMG I got the exact same score!!!! What is your percentile for the program? Mine was 96th I believe
