    CRNA program in Puerto Rico

What's with all the PM? Can it not be discussed in a public place? I feel that there are many people who may be curious about the answer to the OP's question.

    USAGPAN 2017

As someone who had over 100k in debt for my undergraduate education the USAGPAN is very enticing. I know I want a Doctorate over a Masters but I want to know what are my chances of getting in this program. What are they looking at on an application? ...

Are private schools worth it? Or should I just wait...

I am going to Roseman in Utah now but I am in the 18 m program, I'd highly recommend it... I've heard the ABSN does not cares bout helping you out and would be happy to fail you out. That's and it's a little cheaper! :)

    Roseman University ABSN (didactic online)

I have really liked the program here in Utah, the admission requirements are as stated but I was able to get in with kind of bad grades, I think because this program is newer here and they are filling seats. I am not sure that I could do the ABSN... ...

    Roseman University ABSN (didactic online)

Ethnurse, what about the BSN program? It is the same amount of time(in the end with comp predictors) The teachers will do reviews or games to help you focus on what to study but there are still blocks that you pretty much need to study your brains of...

    CRNA and patient death

Lol shows how much I know.. I was just aware that CRNAs were required to hold very expensive insurance to avoid a lawsuit over patient death but if its as rare as you all make it seems, I have less to worry about which is GOOD :)

How hard is it really to get a 4.0 in Nursing school

My school requires everyone to pass all tests with a 90% or above or they fail out of the program... basically we all get 4.0s here. Its hard but my class of 50 seems to be doing well

Why Colorado Nurses need a Union

As you can tell Colorado nurses want a union but what are they going to do? I think that ALL states should have nursing unions! People are just afraid to stir the pot and no one wants to get the ball rolling....

would having both of a BSN and a BS in..

Ughhhh I have a BS in health promotion and education and im getting my BSN. The first degree is utterly worthless (except it cost me 40k). I will be in serious debt when I graduate but having both degrees is not gonna get me a dime extra, it was my o...

A little venting, from a new nurse

Are there not nursing unions to tackle these issues? I know not all states have them (mine doesn't) but I think it is important and scares future nurses too!

    Roseman University 18-month Program?

I'm halfway done as Roseman and can say that you can do it! I am at the Utah campus though and its smaller and the teachers are way more available here. I hope everything works out for you all!

    How's this looking?

Other than the experience (I am about to graduate with a 4.0), I am in the same boat. I have a previous degree where some of my science classes I absolutely bombed, I think my GPA was 3.2 but that was not my sciences, and it was years ago. I am highl...

Mrdearmas, do you mind if I send you a PM and ask a few questions?

    Ameritech!!

looks like some comments are missing here... what draws you to nursing school? I can maybe suggest something that would work?

    Roseman University

Don't worry about the interview, it is a breeze. I am at the Utah campus though and there has never been a full class so they pretty much accept everyone. I only have 10 months left in the program and wouldn't trade the education for anything!

    Roseman University 18-month Program?

Depends on the material. Many people have never had to remediate, its all up to you and your study habits. Even if you don't pass it isn't the end of the world.

    Roseman University ABSN (didactic online)

There are many nurses in my program from CA. There have been no issues with the recently graduated class either.

    Roseman University ABSN (didactic online)

I recommend the Utah campus, Utah is cheaper to live in and the class is smaller and the teachers have been nothing but amazing!

No they are re-written tests but you basically get 3 tries to make the 90

Do you have limited time after a BSN to apply to CRNA programs?

The more nursing experience the better for CRNA school especially if it is in critical care. You will need at least a year experience to even get into travel nursing! I can't really answers the other questions well but there have been threads on them...
