1. High creatinine level: nursing diagnosis

   Hi there ;-) Im working on an assignment and wondering what I can use as a nursing diagnosis, the pt has a high creatinine level, is not drinking fluids currently as they feel nauseas, and the pt also has a high urea level. Thanks Lizziebee ;-)
