Hello all, I am a recent new graduate RN and applying for a New Grad Residency program in North Carolina. I've never had to write a cover letter before, let alone for a nursing position. Can anyone offer any advice/direction? I've looked up examples ...
I am starting block one in the Gateway Evening program in August and am looking into buying my books used online. Can anyone who has done this tell me if and where you can separately buy the access codes that are also required?
@CateinPhoenix I ended up just putting down one choice, Gateway Evening. Since Glendale only had one spot and I really prefer more nights than weekends, I left the other two off. Though I may add them back again if I don't get placed the first round....

Does anyone know anything about the employee partnership program or where I could find info? I started working at Banner Health after I applied and am curious about it.
Thanks for the encouragement! I'm starting to feel content in waiting another semester and trusting that the timing will work out right for my family and I when I do get placed in an evening/weekend program. But I know I will just want to kick mysel...
Well, I just reluctantly sent in my deferral for Spring 2015 for SCC Trad in hopes of getting an evening/weekend program for fall. My stamp was 12/7/12 at 8:01:05. And so begins the wait..(again)
