  1. Hello,

I am becoming very frustrated with the lack of user-friendliness on this site. I love all the great information, articles and discussions,  but I have no access to other features.  For example, I had to post this message here on your feed because every time I tried to send a private message I got a pop up message informing me that I was "only allowed to send 0 messages per day". Same thing with reacting to individual posts. Apparently I'm only allowed a certain number per day, but have no way of knowing what that number is.  In addition,  I'm unable to follow other members here. It all feels very hostile and reeks of micromanagement.  I've never encountered such restrictions on any website/forum I've joined.

I've spent an ungodly amount of time exploring the site, trying to figure out how to do these things or find an explanation for why I'm not allowed to. I tend to excel in researching and finding answers, but I realize it's possible I missed something.  If that is the case, I would greatly appreciate it if you could remedy these issues or direct me to the page where I can find out why I have these restrictions.

    Cordially,

    HospiceLVN

How do I send a personal/private message? I keep getting a message that says I am allowed to send "0 messages a day".

Members are required to have 15 quality/substantial (not merely boosting post count) public board posts in order to utilize the private/personal message (pm) system. This was implemented in an attempt to stop people from abusing our Terms of Service policy and spamming the members.
