   really? are you in florida? I was emailed by "Florida’s VECHS System" and their last step in the email is to pay $51! and so i filled out the form to see if i had to and it still asks for payment.

   For the ones that got their letters, did you guys already do the FBI background check and drug clearance? I already paid the $169 but then it says another $51 for the fingerprints. What exactly does the $169 cover?
