    I do not have any idea but my hair is also bright purple so looks like we are in this together. My time is 1 tomorrow. If they say anything I'll let them know it will not be purple when classes start....

    I believe the way you were notified was just based on which department you applied through. Nothing major. Like mrsmda said, you'll get something notifying you when you need to register!...
