I was accepted from the wait-list a week ago and my school is starting Aug 27th, orientation on the 25th & 26th. I am so excited and nervous at the same time!

@WRX_ I was on the waiting list and received a call asking if I was still interested. The adviser told me everyone will be notified by phone call now, I think because we are so close to the school start.

I got my letter today and I live in Galveston so the mail took two days for me. I was put into the wait list for the next 15 applicants. Hopefully several people decide to go somewhere else!

Just wanted to chime in, I also have not heard anything since the interview. My interviewer did say things could take 4-8 weeks because last week was only the first set of interviews. Good luck to the next set going in!

@ssz23 My best advice is just take the practice tests but not the day before, give your brain a rest day! Also, my test room was super cold so take a jacket.

How many of you did your prerequisites at SHSU?

18chel - No interview or anything. I'm pretty sure the main thing holding me back is my overall GPA & number of withdraws. Unfortunately, the mistakes I made almost 10 years ago are coming back to haunt me.
