  1. I am a single mother of two small children and i work going to school for a bsn..some days i cry because I'm so overwhelmed...with that bring said i LITERALLY can't imagine anything else but becoming a nurse...its all about how bad you want it. Good luck

  4. I took micro before i took A and P 1 made a B in micro and a A in A and P 1..I'm now taking A and p 2 and i swear its bringing back alot of micro.. id say take A and P 2 with micro

Too many posters write about being bullied its nice to know there is a solution...toughen up...dont take it personal...and when you are in that position one day..make a difference be welcoming and make other newbies feel welcomed....i will be more prepared when i start nursing school because of threads like this and posters like ones above..Thank you all
  8. Never let anyone discourage you! Keep pushing along i too struggled with my gpa so i had to cut back to two classes per semester because i work fulltime with two small children! If u want it bad enough YOU will make it happen good luck on your journey

Im an aug 2015 hopeful and my job has already told me that going part time isnt an option (they know im a pre nursing student) ..after 4 yrs there ill quit and wont look back...i plan to renew my cna end of this year im hopes to secure a job and then work weekends when the program starts..best wishes on what's next to come for you

  12. Omg this will be my exact situation come next yr..having to possibly commute 1 and 1/2 hrs for a bsn program one way..,nice to know others too have had to commute and was able to get through it

  14. My classes also start up the 18th..,i work fulltime and on days off ill be reviewing the hessi review booklet and enjoying time spent with my babies

Man oh man this have been a trying semester for me from my car transmission dying on me to me getting a new car (thankfully i work full-time) but i made out with all B's this summer semester...hey its not my best but i pushed through my gpa suffered though cause now i have 3.45! I have human anatomy 2 and a weight nutrition class next semester so im aiming for As to pull up my gpa..please share your grades from your previous semester and any struggles you overcame as well as your next semester classes! Cant wait to hear from you loves and be blessed remember keep pushing!

  23. Hello my fellow parents im 24 with a 3 and 4 year old and if the lord is willing ill be in somebody bsn program fall 2015.... when things get tough..look at them babies and keep pushing i pray many blessings on each of you
