While on the topic of books.... I wanted to share about the ATI bundle. Apparently I wasn't the only one that misunderstood about the cost of the ATI bundle. I thought they said it was 300 for 110/120 and 130/140 which would be split into two payment...

My packet is MIA again... can someone remind me which room we're meeting in for Allegheny orientation tomorrow. I swear I'm usually more prepared than this. ?

@pickles23 they haven’t contacted me about needing to retest. From what other people have said, it’s 70 bucks to retest so hopefully neither of us have to. I’m the same as you, I wouldn’t care if they needed another I just don’t want to pay for it.

Mine isn't supposed to be AGH, I'm supposed to be starting at Kane Regional in Ross Township... I guess I'll be sending an email that'll never get answered lol.

I'm going to Allegheny Day. Part of me is suspicious that this was an error since our first clinical is at a Kane nursing home, but with the lack of communication I don't think it'll hurt me to complete the modules early.

I hope everyone is continuing to progress through this frustration with CastleBranch. I randomly decided to log in to my academic email and found an email about "MyclinicalExperience" which is how we'll go about getting badge through the Allegheny He...

@britt896 Which of your tests was non-reactive? Surface antigen, surface antibody, or Core antibody? Non-reactive is a normal result meaning you don't have hep B, was it your surface antibody that was too low?

Keep calling and doing what you can, nobody likes to be a bother, but we're getting down to the wire here. My drug test came back a few minutes ago which was my last thing to complete. If this is anything like my old employer (government job) I'll be...

I hear ya, it was a real struggle to get my records... I'm not exactly "young" anymore so my records were on paper in a storage facility somewhere. CB did tell me after I was on hold for an hour that CCAC could manually accept a titer result, but at ...

I'm so sorry that happened to both of you! I'm glad I pushed my old pediatrician to search for my vaccination records, I never would have been able to afford the series at this point. I'm sure summer hours and minimal staff isn't helping matters, I'd...

It seems like everyone is getting a range of answers from CB. Sorry the school is being non-responsive too that's gotta be super frustrating but we're soooo close.

CharityLPN which campus are you at, maybe you have a different requirement? Twinmom, Thanks for confirming that, I was pretty sure those were the dates. I'm going to get it done tomorrow morning.
medic112 replied to Soon2beNurseSmith's topic in School Programs
I spent an hour on hold with CastleBranch after mine got rejected because I was confused too. The college requires BOTH a positive titer AND the dates of your series. So if received the full series when you were a baby/toddler and have proof of those...

If anyone else bought the textbook bundle and hasn't opened the box yet, do so and check each book carefully. I just got mine today and one of my books was completely detached from the binding.

I have everything done, just waiting for the drug test. I had a lot of trouble with the TB screening. I tested positive when I was 14 and was treated so I just needed a chest X-ray. Got my X-ray but they commented on a recent rib fracture so CB kick...

I never received an email or paper mail at all. If I hadn't logged in and seen the decision change to "nursing accepted" I wouldn't have known I got in. It doesn't look like anyone else from Allegheny Day has received further instruction thus far so ...

My Admission status page still says no application and I already accepted my seat. I wouldn't take this page not updating to heart. I think we can all agree the system is full of glitches, it's just a terrible waiting game.

@FutureNurse67890 @Twinmom91 I had an old contact from another medical program I completed through CCAC. It sounds like there are just a number of bugs with the email notification and updating in discovery. We should all have final word soon...ish...
