1, only clinical breakdawn is required for the subjects in the box... and division of clinical and theoritical instruction in the summary box... all based on your transcript.. 2, yes you should include 2 references from the same unit or the hospital...

usually it appears witin 2 hour... and the candidate will get an email from NMC within 24 hour

Dont worry you will get your DL after 10-15 days of resubmission. some of my friends got like that. hope you will get your DL soon
