It'll most likely be a urine test. I took a urine test for school and a hair test for a job. Even if they did a hair test, one time three months ago will NOT turn up a positive result.

Politely say no and follow up later. I do it all the time when I'm super busy. I'm not about to kill myself trying to do everything for every patient. You shouldn't either!

I would take the Trama/Surg job. Even tho you won't get a sign on bonus like the other job, you won't be stuck in a contract in case something better comes along. Good luck in either decision you make! :)
