   I'm currently working on my Associates at a community college and plan on transferring to UTHSC when I am done... I know they do a background check for there too. I also checked my own record through Tx DPS criminal history check and nothing came up.

   When I was 14, I was arrest for stealing at Kohl's. I was taken in to do my fingerprints and then sat in Juvie for a few hours. Will this stop me from getting my license? I haven't been arrested for anything else but that. It is a minor record, and I...
