Then you just have to keep your eyes closed whenever you see threads talking about PVT.. Its not good for you. Remember be therapeutic. Silence is one of the best ways :)

Thanks for all the concern.. I know its not reliable. But in my own opinion the relief I felt using the PVT after 24 hours outweighs all the risk. I dont regret doing the PVT since i used deactivated card. It made me feel a bit relaxed for the remain...
