Searching for Nurse Job here in Henderson/las vegas Nevada. Need suggestions please.

Hi Nevada Nurses...

I just passed the nclex rn exam recently. Im a foreign graduate and has 6 years experience in ER. Just wanna ask which hospitals here in Henderson/Las Vegas have good pay rates and benefits.. I relocated a month ago so Im still unfamiliar with the place and Im currently searching for a job.. Need some advise.. Thank you.. :)

Hi bevialbe. good pay rates will vary. I have a friend (came from the Philippines), She's been working in P.I. for 5 years as a nurse and recently move here. Apparently her hospital experience didn't really count. So basically, they will base the salary with the years of experience (US job) but this really depends with the hospital. For hospitals you can try Sunrise or UMC if you're looking for a trauma center. Other than that, if you wanna have experience, just apply any hospital. Goodluck!

Hi thanks for that info.. i actually worked in Saudi arabia for 4 years. Do you think they will count that one? I'll take note of that I know theyre one of good hospitals here in vegas. I hope they have openings.. Do you know how much is the rate of your friend per hour? (just wanna have an idea)
