In your acceptance email, the email after the one saying to check your myUTH for your admission decision. If they are giving one to you it should say right after they congratulated you. That email for me was in my junk mail so perhaps some of you guy...

I found out after my hesi assessment on the computer during my proctored exam. And the test score is sent automatically. Another student posted that it is received at the end of the month you took your hesi.
