Agreed. I'm waiting to hear back from HR about when there might be another position because I'm okay waiting it out if it means double the pay. It's logical from a business standpoint to have the program run by agencies but it sucks for us.

18 an hour for the first two months then 22 an hour for two months then 28 then 30. Or something like that. So yeah, it's a significant difference

They told me on the phone that they're interviewing Weds and Thurs but that program is hiring 20 new nurses, so I can't imagine all hope is lost. If I were you, I would call and ask about the status of my app.
