Hey y’all, I interviewed on Monday for TMC NICU & I still haven’t heard anything. My application status has been labeled “no longer under consideration” since I applied & I also got an email saying it was “incomplete.” I tried to contact someone for 2 weeks to see what I was missing on the application & then all of a sudden I got an email for the interview. It’s been stressful & now I haven’t heard anything back since the interview! I was told that we would know something by Wednesday, but after my interview that said Friday (today) & then the email I found says Thursday (yesterday) I emailed Alyssa today & haven’t heard back. I’m hoping all of the waiting & stress will be worth it, because I am majorly stressing out! More so than I was prior to the 6 panel interview! Good luck to y’all! I’ll update once I hear something!

I was accepted! Thank you for all of the prayers! Good luck to y'all. I hope that everyone finds exactly where they're supposed to be & continues their journey! I have applied & received rejection letters from 3 different schools in the last two years! Never give up!

I felt like my interview went well! It was A LOT to take in & a lot of questions! Definitely gave my nerves a run for their money! Now I just have to sit & wait until next Friday!! Someone told me yesterday that they had 150 applicants, they didn't know how many they interviewed--but they were told that they're only taking 20-25.

I have my MMI scheduled for this Thursday for the LVN-RN Hybrid program at Tyler. I know this post is a few years old, but I was wondering if any of ya'll were accepted into the program/completed it? And if you have any suggestions or insight on the MMIs? Thank you!

I'm extremely nervous, too! I keep reading & re-reading the email they sent us with the "station" information. Holy crap, it's intense! I wonder how many they're interviewing total. I wish that we know of someone that interviewed/been accepted previously that we could talk to.

I'm glad that you found us! We're all just as confused about these points. My email that was r/t my points just said 23 & COMPLETE. I wonder how the whole interview process is going to go. Especially the task with a partner part....Does anyone know if anybody who has went through the interview process before? Any tips?

I'll have to look into that. I'm 4h away from Tyler so I don't know if I would be able to apply there--but I considered moving! Every local transition program is 4-5 days/week & I really liked the idea of the hybrid. I can't find many places that offer it! At least you have all of your stuff ready to go, so you can apply elsewhere!

Oh girl, I didn't think that you were upset about anything related to me! I 100% understand why you're mad! When I applied to a program last year (for the second time) I was really adamant about making sure that I had everything completed as soon as possible. They didn't accept me the first time because they take their LVN graduates over other schools & I didn't graduate from their LVN program. I bugged the secretary multiple times to see if there was anything else I could do/turn in & she told me "you don't have anything to worry about, you're good" & then I got my email & I didn't get accepted "due to small program size." I was SO frustrated! I'm going to apply for the program, again for the third & FINAL time--their apps are due next month & I want a back up plan in case Tyler doesn't take me. The interview email came with an attachment for their interview process. It's FIVE stages. It's pretty intense. I'm more nervous now than I was waiting for the email! Are you going to apply anywhere else?!

I know that level 1 was the minimum score that you could get to be considered? I have no idea. I'm at a loss that some of you had the same or more points than I did, but I got an interview? This entire process is confusing! I wonder how many applied, how many got interviews & if it's still set to 24 for the final amount that they're accepting. Let us know what they tell you Monday after your phone appt.

Wow. I kept getting different things when I would call & ask questions. Eventually they told me if I didn't have if in writing or in an email, then it meant nothing. That's when I started emailing them instead of calling. I'm so sorry!!

Does it specify why y'all werent going to interviews? I'm telling you...I don't understand the point stuff.

I got an email! I interview on 9/13 from 1300-1425. I had 23 points. I'm still not understanding how the point system works! I'm sorry to hear that y'all won't be moving forward! I hope & pray that y'all are get good news elsewhere!

I still haven't heard anything. This is frustrating. I hope that this long wait & stress is worth it & we all get emails for interviews!

I'm at work, too. I had a tiny break between patients, so I called them. They said they're still having issues & trying to make sure that everything is correct before they send out emails. She said it would be "soon" but she didn't give me a date. If you do call--see if they are planning on sending anything out today. I had a hard time getting a hold of someone. It rang & then went to voicemail, so I had to call ADN advising & get transferred. I was thinking the same thing, though---I'm surprised that they didn't send another email saying that they were still behind.

I still haven't gotten anything. Almost 6 o'clock. They're going to make me have a panic attack!
